Tips for on-time delivery

Plan ahead
For events or deadlines, order at least 3 weeks in advance to allow for production and delivery.
Approve artwork quickly
Production doesn't start until you approve your artwork. Faster approval = faster delivery.
Double-check your address
Make sure your delivery address is correct and complete, including any unit or suite numbers.
Tell us your deadline
Always mention your deadline in your quote. We'll tell you upfront if we can meet it.
Important delivery information
All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your artwork is approved and production is complete. Public holidays and peak periods (November–December) may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses. Please double-check all address details before confirming your order.
For orders over $2,000, a signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery instructions.
