?How long does an order take?
Standard orders take 7–14 business days from artwork approval. Our 3-day express service is available on selected products.
?What's the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product — most items start from as low as 25 units. Some premium items have higher minimums. Check the product page or ask us.
?Do you charge for artwork?
Never. Artwork creation and mockups are always free, with unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy.
?Can I order samples before committing?
Yes! We can arrange samples on most products. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
?What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PNG (300dpi+), and SVG. Don't have a vector file? Our designers can recreate your logo for free.
?Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve Australia, but we can arrange international shipping on larger orders. Contact us for a quote.
